Our investment approach is built around a simple platform strategy. We acquire businesses across essential service verticals that benefit from operational support, shared infrastructure, and long-term capital. When a business joins us, it gains a stronger foundation, expanded capabilities, and continuity of leadership—while the owner's legacy is preserved.
We focus on companies across IT managed services, healthcare services, cybersecurity, compliance, and other essential B2B and B2C service verticals. Ideal partners typically generate $1.5–$7 million in revenue with consistent profitability and a recurring or repeat revenue model.

Integrating this business into our platform has allowed us to strengthen its systems, support its team, and preserve the legacy built over more than 20 years.
With our first acquisition complete and performing well, we are now actively seeking additional mission-critical service businesses across multiple verticals. We take a steady, long-term approach and are looking for the right partners for the next stage of growth.
